Return Policy :
We will only accept returns on defective products or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns sent without prior approval ( RMA #) will be refused .
To obtain a return authorization number (RMA #) : Please send us an eMail describing the problem and including the order number.
Returns requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
All returns must be sent prepaid within 5 days of the date you received the (RMA#).
No collect shipments will be accepted .
Replacements will be sent to you at our expense.
There will be NO REFUNDS (credit to credit card ) .
Exchange Policy:
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

Items returned for exchange MUST BE in original packaging,unopened and in resellable condition.
All returns must be sent prepaid within 5 days of the date you received the (RMA#).

Store Credits will be issued for any credit due after the exchange and the shipping cost.
